This young experiential marketing agency is currently seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in face-to-face communications / field marketing to join it’s small but growing team. The agency was established a couple of years ago to service the ever-growing demand for live and interactive brand experiences, and is already working with a number of prestigious FMCG brands. Their offering includes roadshows, sampling campaigns, merchandising, guerrilla activity, conferencing, exhibitions, parties, as well as additional promotional marketing work. You’ll have at least 3 years account management experience and must have a proven track record of successful campaigns across all live environments. You’ll have a solid understanding of the mechanics of field marketing including staff briefing and campaign management. In addition, you must also have a solid understanding of promotional marketing and ideally you’ll have worked on integrated campaigns at some point in your career. Strong financial acumen and experience managing comprehensive budgets is a must as is the ability to work to very tight deadlines. You must also demonstrate an analytical mind and have great attention to detail. This is a small agency so you’ll be given a lot of responsibility very quickly. It’s an energetic environment and personality is crucial – you must be a self-starter who can demonstrate initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
