Due to recent impressive client wins, this leading brand communications agency is looking for top-notch account management professionals with in-depth branding experience and/or strategic ATL experience.   

 

The agency was founded in 1994 as a reaction to traditional agency models and in fact they launched their first credentials with the line 'We hate advertising agencies as much as you do'.  They then proceeded to break down the barriers between ATL and BTL branding and quickly earned a reputation for taking on difficult brand tasks. Currently the agency's working with one of the most widely known and respected FMCG brands in the world - on a lot of NPD / strategic branding work.

 

Reporting into the Account Director, you'll manage a team to deliver a variety of strategic branding and integrated projects.  You'll have at least 3 years experience, be academically bright with a strong understanding of strategic campaign planning.   In addition, you'll be passionate about brands and creativity, as well as being an innovative thinker and idea generator.  The agency tends to utilise account handlers that are relatively self-sufficient, happy to take a lot of responsibility and ownership but ultimately enjoy being part of a team.  You'll be articulate with superb communication and presentation skills.  Plus, you'll have a thirst for knowledge, a desire to grow and you'll strive for professional and personal achievement.  A sense of humour is also essential!  You must also be good at spotting new business opportunities.
