This small but well-established branding and design agency requires a dynamic business development manager to join its team and play a pivotal role in growing the business.
The agency has 10 years experience in the design industry and up until now has relied on referrals as a means of winning new business. This is therefore a new role being created in the agency and will involve you working at both a business development and client services capacity. Initially you’ll work with the MD to develop new business strategy and then you’ll be expected to implement the strategy via initial targeting and contacting through to presenting, negotiating and closing deals. You will also be required to manage projects once they’ve been secured.
• Key skills and experience required:
• Proven track record in identifying and winning new business in the graphic design sector, ideally
• Corporate branding
• Ability to build long-standing client relationships
• Ability to communicate persuasively at board level
• First class written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
