Based in fantastic new offices in Central London, this agency offers full internal / external communications and employer marketing solutions to its truly high-profile blue-chip client base. The offering covers branding, recruitment advertising, exhibitions, websites and additional internal communications / print projects. They're looking for a dynamic senior level AD with strong all-round marketing communications ability and ideally specific experience in providing solutions for employer marketing issues. Ideally you’ll have a background in employer marketing, internal / external communications and/or recruitment advertising but most key is that you’re really hungry for success. The role combines senior level client services with a strong strategic planning ability, as well as the skills and experience to develop business organically. You must have the intelligence to excite clients with the agency's offering, as well as lead and inspire teams to deliver highly creative, on-brief campaigns. First class communication and interpersonal skills are a given, as is the ability to effectively write and present proposals at a senior client level.
